Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, security, forms, checkout, or other visitors' use. Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Nonno's works to keep website information current. Menu items, ingredients, pricing, hours, seating practices, and availability can change. Contact the restaurant when information is time-sensitive, and tell restaurant staff about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

The website sells physical gift cards in the denominations shown in the store. The checkout total includes the displayed shipping charge. Stripe processes payment, and Shippo and USPS support shipment and tracking.

The website does not currently publish separate approved terms for expiration, refunds, cash redemption, or replacement of lost or stolen cards. Contact the restaurant before purchase if you need an answer to one of those questions.

Payment, shipping, ordering, maps, newsletters, text messages, social media, and external stores may be provided by third parties. Their websites and services have their own terms and policies, and Nonno's does not control their availability or content.

The Nonno's name, branding, website design, copy, and owned imagery may not be reused in a misleading or unauthorized way. The website may occasionally be interrupted, changed, corrected, or unavailable. If an online feature is unavailable, use the verified phone or email contact shown on the site.

Questions about these terms may be sent to the restaurant. These implementation-focused terms avoid unapproved arbitration, jurisdiction, class-action waiver, indemnification, and similar provisions; counsel should review the page before final production approval.
